Sebra Choe, Project Manager at Town of Camp Verde
Sebra Choe is a Camp Verdean who started HeartofCampVerde.com to encourage: storytelling by locals, celebrating who we are and where we live, laughing at ourselves, and resourcing one another with only-locals-know info.
She is the Economic Development Project Manager for Town of Camp Verde, originally from Korea and a former Captain in the U.S. Army. She has a B.A. from University of Portland in Interdisciplinary Studies, and a Master of Divinity from Gateway Seminary. She recently became certified as a Project Management Professional.
Some of her projects include: International Dark Sky Community Designation for the Town of Camp Verde; Dark Sky Festival; Camp Verde Grows mural on Main Street; Rezzonico Park and Hallett Plaza development; Tree City USA; Co-hosting Earth Day with Yavapai-Apache Nation; Wee Hollow subdivision; Internships & Apprenticeships; Business support; Tourism; and Marketing. She has been a Verde Valley resident for 10 years, and has traveled to South Africa and Cambodia.
